We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us at the Parish Council’s Information Event. Your contributions are invaluable and will help shape the Parish Council’s formal response to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC). This response will be submitted by 19 December 2025.

Your feedback has already highlighted key areas of concern and opportunity, from housing needs to protecting green spaces. These insights will ensure our parish’s priorities are clearly represented.

Please note: Any responses we receive after 19 December will still be shared with TMBC as supplementary information. This means your voice can continue to influence the process even beyond our formal submission.

Accessing Information and Questionnaires

We understand that not everyone has received a leaflet about the Local Plan consultation. To ensure broad access, we have provided multiple ways to get involved:

• Online Questionnaire: Accessible via QR code.
• Community Centre Display: A detailed display is available in the foyer.
• Paper Copies: Questionnaires and leaflets are available to collect from the Community Centre and Parish Office.

We encourage you to use whichever method is most convenient. Every response adds weight to our collective voice.

Why Your Response Matters

This consultation is part of TMBC’s Local Plan Regulation 18 process, a crucial stage where communities can influence how future development is planned. Decisions made now will shape:
